Proper Installation: FarmanWorks products require careful handling and installation. By purchasing, you agree that you are fully responsible for ensuring proper installation on your vehicle.
Limitation of Liability: FarmanWorks is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or vehicle operation.
Off-Road / Aftermarket Use: All components are sold as aftermarket custom parts. Customers are responsible for verifying local laws, emissions compliance, and vehicle regulations in their state or country before installation and use.
3. Product Accuracy & Modifications
Manufacturing Variations: Due to the 3D-printing and custom fabrication process, slight cosmetic variations in surface finish or texture may occur and are inherent to small-batch manufacturing. These do not affect functional performance.
Pricing & Availability: Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Shipping & International Orders
Shipping Responsibility: Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times and handling are managed by the carrier.
Customs & Duties: For international buyers, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their destination country.
